Meeting the Team; Uncovering the truth about Miss Taylor.
This is Miss Taylors second season with Stageworks.  Miss Taylor has danced for many years and this passion included at the University of Alberta where she danced as an adult as well.
Here is Miss Taylors bio as reported in our website:
Miss Taylor - Taylor was born and raised in Cold Lake, Alberta.  At the age of 4 she began ballet and fell in love.  Since then she continued dancing for 16 consecutive years, competing and learning across North America and in Europe in the genres of Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip-Hop.  In 2013 and 2014 Taylor received multiple scholarships to travel to Los Angeles and learn from Emmy Award winners Travis Wall, Mia Michaels, and notable choreographers Sonya Tayeh, Stacey Tookie and Jackie Royal.  After such an amazing experience in Los Angeles, Taylor began her teaching career in the same place her dance career began.  Taylor was given the opportunity to take her first set of Vocational Exams in the Royal Academy of Dance located in London, England in 2015. Taylor’s dance journey took a brief hiatus in 2016 to attend University and she is extremely excited to be back to teaching.  Miss Taylor will be teaching the Showstars, Twinklestars, and Princess Ballet on Sundays.

Uncovering the Truth

Here are some fun facts that I uncovered about Miss Taylor:
-I'm a definite coffee addict. ( I'm a five cups a day kinda gal)
- My childhood need to be Ariel in the Little Mermaid was a deciding factor in my hair colour.
- I went to school for tourism and now work as a Travel Agent full time.
- You will rarely find me wearing flat shoes.  Heels are my everyday.
We are so excited that Miss Taylor is joining us again this year.  She is a huge asset to our students and has loads and loads of experience and dance education to share with her students and we can't wait to see what 2019-2020 brings.
